Return policy
We hold the right not to accept returns, issue refunds, or exchange items that have been opened & used after purchase. (Example: toys such as slime, squish toys, inflatables or bath & body products, etc.) If you are unhappy with a product quality we suggest you contact the manufacturer.
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to bring an issue to our attention.
We cannot accept any items that have been used, have broken seals, had tags removed, or show any signs of use, etc.
For apparel, we accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We cannot exchange apparel. Follow directions on the packing slip.
To request a store credit please contact us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be considered acceptable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Non-returnable items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help rectify the issue.
Unfortunately custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care items (such as bath & body products), and clearance items are non-returnable. However, please reach out to us if you have an issue.
NO returns on final sale items.
Refunds: Once your return is accepted a refund will be issued via store credit only.
